What is your return policy?                                                                                         

We are happy to refund you the original price paid for the item and associated tax to your original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you choose to refund your purchase to an online store credit, the online credit must be redeemed within 21 days. You will receive an email from customer service with an online code for your following purchase.

Returns or exchange are accepted within 7 days on items returned with original pricing in NEW condition (exclude sales items, & trunk shows specials which are Final Sale). Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied by original proof of purchase. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Gift cards are final Sale items cannot be returned.

Can I edit or update my order once I've submitted it?                                          

Once an order has been placed we are unable to update any of the order information. Give customer service a call within 24hours. Customer service may be able to cancel your order depending on the changes you are looking to make.

My items are on back order. Can I cancel it?                                                            

Yes, if your item is on back order and hasn't shipped by shipping date given. You can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact customer service to assist you with this.

How do I return an item?                                                                                          

Simply notify customer service with details of your return with receipt of purchase. Apply shipping label to the outside of the box. It is recommended to use USPS shipping for tracking of delivery. Flourish Accessories is not responsible for any lost deliveries.  

Where can I locate a return label?                                                                            

You can find your shipping label by creating an account. Logging into your account and visiting order history.

When will I receive my refund?                                                                               

As soon as we receive your returned items we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return shipment to arrive. Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment after 7 days depending on your issuing bank.
